So only posting because there is misinformation on here. Surgeons don’t remove anything with implants (they do with reductions - obviously). I had no problem breastfeeding after my implants. That said, I highly encourage you to reconsider implants. I do regret getting them but not because of breast feeding.
First, I had nerve damage to one - not a huge deal but there is a small section of one breast, maybe the size of a dime or so where I can’t feel anything. It doesn’t hurt or anything but it’s annoying - its like that little bit is made of plastic or something and I don’t like it touched. I also had one encapsulate - meaning scar tissue developed around it so that it wasn’t soft/loose under the muscle but rather more like a ball. It also wasn’t a huge deal but it meant that to fix it I would have to have another surgery. I just decided not to care because they still looked ok - just not perfectly even. It wasn’t “hard” but just not as soft as the other one. this can happen with the best surgeon, etc - I just chose not to think that it could happen to me. I was ok satisfied for about 10 years or so.
After about 15 years, one ruptured. It was saline so my body just absorbed the water and left the empty sac in there. This meant that I was very lopsided for a while. Fortunately, I had that dead spot on the other one so I used a needle to puncture it - my doctor was mortified that I did that! But now that I am a mom, I really, really, really don’t have time nor tolerance for risk for another surgery. (Like all surgeries, you can’t pick kids up, etc...after) That is the thing that they tell you but you don’t think about when you are young - there will be another surgery - it is just a matter of time. I have chosen to accept my now deflated boobs with empty sacs still in me. So yeah - I suggest you wait until after having kids to do anything like this - just not because of breastfeeding.
And if you’re bigger, you want them smaller. It just hurts to run or jump. The needle made me wince too!

Yes for sure, especially if you plan to breast feed.
Wait. Useless to do before. Also most surgeons will remove milk ducts and you won’t be able to produce enough if you wish to breastfeed
Plus- you never know what pregnancy and nursing will do to your boobs! One of my friends had small boobs before kids and ended up with MASSIVE boobs after. She just had a reduction! Most people deflate or get saggy but that isn’t always the case. Better to wait until after kids to see what you are working with first.
This is me. I was a D pre-kids, during pregnancy I went up to a K (!!!!), and now probably F-G. They are also pretty saggy, sadly, so I may consider a lift and/or reduction sometime in the future.
Definitely wait - you never know what your boobs will do after having kids. Mine went from a B to a solid D and not really droopy. Others have different experiences, so see how they change after. Also, you may realize after having kids, that implants are no longer a priority. I was pretty sure I would do a mommy makeover after having kids, and now, I have no desire to go through unnecessary surgery. Is my body where I want it to be? No, but I also am not dedicating time to improving it the way I should right now.
My husband does anesthesia for plastic surgeons. Boobs are like teeth, you can only operate on them so many times before they are ruined. Roughly 4-5 times max. Having children will likely require a lift after taking you to 2 in surgeries in just a few years. Remember, they also need to be replaced every 10 years or so. I know it sucks, but just wait. I am 3 kids deep and still waiting to put my nips back where they belong! I keep myself busy with lipo & bbl’s for now! 😜
I would wait, unless you’re not planning on kids anytime soon. I had a reduction about 10 years before having kids. Loved the results and enjoyed those 10 years so I don’t regret doing it. But since having kids they have changed completely - they are not as big as before but much bigger then I want. I did the opposite (reduction) but pregnancy and breastfeeding just seems to change things. I’m considering a lift now.
Wait until you’re done with kids. Regardless if you breastfeed or not, breasts will always deflate after. And many other horrible things will happen to your body unfortunately (but it’s still worth it 😉
Absolutely wait. Your body (including your breasts) will change when you have kids.

Yeah I’d suggest waiting until after you’re done having kids. Even if you don’t breastfeed you may end up with discomfort, engorgement, one bigger than the other, etc. Lots of weird things happen with hormones and pregnancy.
I know several people that have gotten implants and every person wishes they’d done it sooner. A few years is a long time - I’d get them done now (under the muscle, with armpit incision) and then once you are done having kids, get them redone. Ask about breastfeeding when you talk to the doctor - but typically implants don’t impact breastfeeding.
Wait
And your boobs might get so big afterwards, you are really looking at a lift and reduction!
