I am actively looking for roles at other companies including competitors, but at the same time the team needs to know whether I’ll be on the project til next year or not. I’ve been transparent with them about my interest and wanting to look for other things. And don’t want to keep them completely out of the loop which will impact them but also worried if i tell them I’m looking for roles at other companies, they won’t be pleased/let me go
