Firm reopening even though health order says we can’t and no other firm in the city that I know of is reopening. Hi Parents - My 6 yr daughter has started to develop some skin discoloration on face. It started sometime last year & we went to multiple dermatologist. They mentioned it to be pityriasis alba which resolves in few months to an year. However this has increased a bit since last year & when we saw our dermatologist again this year, he still thinks it is alba but mentioned it could be vitiligo as well. He didn't give any medicine but checking if anyone has success with home remedies with this. TIA

Please please do not ever use CTC comparison between current and next company. If you get an offer, do an in hand calculation. Some companies add Retirals like Employer PF, Gratuity along with Insurance, furniture allowance as part of your CTC. Others don't. Sone also have higher variable package. So when you do a CTC delta you may get a 20% hike but when you discount the above things you will fall short and may end up making less. So choose wisely.
