Are there any workouts with high caloric burn that can be performed without engaging feet/ankles? I am not aware of any upper body workouts that burn many calories; trying to stay in shape while recovering from sprained ankle.

I find myself whiling away most of my weekend on Grindr and other dating apps. >90% of the time is wasted and doesn't lead to anything. I know it's a black hole but I still keep going back. I am finding the Instagram foodie culture strange and annoying. I’m getting a flood of likes and followers daily because they want you to like all their posts and follow them to up their count. There’s an unspoken etiquette where you are obligated to do the same thing. So I do it. I just want to cook, take pics of my food, and write about it to have a collection of what I make in one place. Sheesh! Rant over! 😁
