What would you do? I was laid off and now have two directions:
1) Back to old job in industry with security and knowing what I’m getting/how to do the job well/job security but $15k reduction in salary plus nominal API still working 60+ hrs a week...
2) Consulting again at big 4 but don’t know team and threat of unpredictability/more layoffs but $25k increase in salary.
Frankly feeling torn. Also, yes, I realize how great it is to have options these days.

I’m starting to feel like I chose advertising because I couldn’t think of anything else to do, and now I’m extremely depressed/having a crisis.

Who would you say are the agencies that do the best brand design work? Would I have to move in-house? Looking to move into branding and wanna go somewhere where the design work is 🔥 . Open minded to other US locations but ideally west coast.
