Hi all, was hoping for clarity on offers from FANG/Tier 2 tech I received recently. Base pay is still within range of 130-150K, but equity components have dropped dramatically. For reference, for similar positions, I was receiving grants of 150K - 200K over 4 years for data analyst positions (4-5 YOE) in Aug’21-Feb’22. For personal reasons, I did not accept these offers. Now the equity grants are coming in like 50-70K over 4 years. Is this market wide for non SWE/PM roles due to stock market?

Me and SO seeing significant difference in Coinbase fees for a recurring transaction. Example: I am seeing around $19 fee for 500$ ETH recurring weekly while he is seeing around a $4 fee. Anyone experienced this? He has been a Coinbase user longer than I have, if that matters at all.

Does anyone regret joining a boutique consulting firm? I signed with a startup out of college (spring 2020) whose founding partners were all partners/Sr leaders at a few T2s. Our firm is super small (dozen FTEs) but does really good work (we charge premium rates and work super cool projects). I’m just having second thoughts as exit opportunities aren’t as prevalent as I thought, the pay/benefits don’t match industry/risk of joint a startup, and I’m not getting the network of a Big4 or MBB
