Welcome everyone 🤗
I'm having the last loop interviews with Amazon for an analyst position, but I'm realizing that it might not be the right place for me, I'm currently working at hpe and have a good balance, 11+ YOE, I'm not sure if it's really worth the effort. Can someone tell me about what level sales ops analyst job might be? I looked for range salaries and it looks like it is 55k for Germany, so not really much of what I'm earning now.
I read bad comments about the culture and the workload balance.

Hate to break it to you but no one cares. And unless the client sends an email to your Partner it'll go unnoticed. Lastly all the "laddering" sessions are predetermined anyways.
No one cares? So is the only impact people care about bringing in more client money? Fuck the impact, amirite?
Just list it as a value add on your snapshot. And unless you actually did all the work alone, don't be one of the consultants that bogarts all the credit.
If you build it they will come
Agree with all above. CIO's words might sound excited to you but this is really just a starting point. Don't care that much on claiming your credit right now…it is hard and it is too small. Instead keep doing good job. All will come as a snow ball in the end and it will come naturally.
I did all the work on my own
There's not really a place to list that kind of thing in a snapshot is there?
You could add it to your snapshot description. At your level, nobody expects you to bring in client money but noting client value adds is helpful.
How is that impact? Impact is increased revenue or decreased cost for your client.
"Client CIO really seemed to find this useful. Based on what you see at your other clients, do you think this might be broadly useful?"
i agree with PwC3's comments. This is pretty common for people to say great slide or@good job. Its how you tell your leadership - " heads up team - the cio seems to like this way of looking st information and complemented the structure and details, i wanted to pass it on so that we come across as a well thought out and consistent team "
