Many people change companies. If you burn your bridge on the way out, you may never try to go back to that company, but you may run into the same people at another company. They will remember you and repay you for your arson.

Just say nothing, that’s what I did. I left but still am in touch with my network at ey. Had a terrible experience but that doesn’t mean some of the people weren’t great

I’m currently an AE and was offered a promotion to sales manager. I’ve been waiting for this next step but the offer only provides a 5% raise over what I currently make. We had several manger seats open and I know external people we hired received an offer atleast 20-30% more than I did.
I’m currently trying to negotiate but there doesn’t seem like there’s willingness to do so from our hiring team. Should I decline? Should I leave? Should I accept and start looking elsewhere?

In weird spot. I have a side hustle and love it. The spouse? Not so much. In fact, it often causes many arguments and the lack of support is stressful.

Recently, years of hard work paid off w/ a production deal. I should be excited, but the first thing she asked was how much $ I was planning on sharing?
