Never burn bridges.
Would encourage you to do both. Treat them as a client and deliver tough messages in a professional manner, be constructive and be kind.
If you want to feel good in the moment and fuel your ego. My favorite Quote in the past:
„May the bridges I burn behind me light my way into the future.“
Go get them!

Remember Gollum is the the true hero of the story who destroyed the ring and saved Middle Earth.
Only children rant on their way out.
Many people change companies. If you burn your bridge on the way out, you may never try to go back to that company, but you may run into the same people at another company. They will remember you and repay you for your arson.
Just say nothing, that’s what I did. I left but still am in touch with my network at ey. Had a terrible experience but that doesn’t mean some of the people weren’t great
Yup - definitely part of my thought.
