I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?

You need to shift your perspective. Another thought might be: "I work in that new tech industry, have an inflated salary, and get to enjoy the benefits of it!" I'm not saying that the toxic environment is OK, but the world is what you make of it.
What would you consider an inflated salary? I have seen on average for the position that I’m supposed to be somewhere between 90 and $98,000 a year for a base salary. I am nowhere near that to say the least and I am working a second job. Trying to do better and be positive 🤝🙌🏻
