When people add percents to their resume, where are they pulling the numbers out of? Like for example reduced costs by $xxx,xxx , or improved performance by 20%, or increased revenue by 15%? If you’re just fixing tickets and working on product feature enhancements (what I’m primarily doing), where do you get the numbers to put on your resume from? I haven’t updated my resume yet to include my current and first job, so it’s gonna be the first relevant work experience I put on there

Can anyone suggest what should I do ? I am joining Citi next week and the team I’m assigned I heard has very hectic schedule and strict 3 days wfo and today I got a selection email from another company who are offering permanent WFH , due to certain internal approvals , the offer could be shared only next Wednesday, As I’m more inclined towards the latter. Is it possible to get early termination once my new offer comes through or I have to serve 3 months NP?
