The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? As per their own market policy the package of a team lead or a consultant should be around 13 lpa excluding variable. But maximum employees are getting 2/3 of that.
Cant wait to quit and move on to some other company.
Work life balance is becoming a myth now!
And every year they layoff in one or other dept in the name of reorg.
People in MIS got upto 50-60% hike. And some people are working below the pay range.

I just gain my bachelors in Mechanical engineering and I’m currently working as an estimator for a mechanical contractor. And I’m looking to do more within my field. I’m not sure if I’m overthinking this but I (25M) have a feeling a friend(23F) is hitting on me. Whenever we hang out she’ll get really close and keep touching/poking me whenever we need to turn corners, cross the block, etc because she’s the navigator.
