Business case for a Coaching training - ideas needed :)

Dear all, my company is open to the idea for paying my coaching training so that I can become a certified business coach. Now i got asked to provide some sort of business case - i.e. where is the ROI/benefit for my company if I became a business coach. Any ideas beyond..?..
- Strengthening abilty to build stronger client relationships
- Seeing Clients challenges from different angles
- .. Any other ideas?

I currently work in an HVAC role but really want to pivot into data analytics. The only real experience I have that I feel is relevant is project management. I do code in my spare time with Python and am working on my own data analysis projects. Does anyone have any advice? I also worry that with the switch I will be losing out on money. I make roughly 70k a year currently and would like to at least maintain that salary.

Client issue - I’m on one of my client’s supervisor’s “bad list.” Our firm requires updates every 60-90 days. Rarely miss sending reports on time, but some of the clients request updates every 20-30 days. I try to respond timely, but don’t always, often will just send a reply saying I will have this for you within 1 week or ASAP. Since October, one of the supervisors for this company will periodically email the head of our department (not cc’ing me) and say they are missing reports. (Cont.)

I have an experience of near 6 years and I have an offer from JPMC and Pepsico. There's a difference of 5-6 LPA. Pepsico is paying more which is basically a variable component. In Pepsico, project/product development will start from scratch. Though JPMC is an established brand name. Which company should I join? Any suggestions and advice are most welcome.
