Ooooh this is fun. Here is another example: https://m.facebook.com/100010951958860/posts/1168575716850816/?extid=9IOGIDgwodCOSb2K&d=n
Obviously a huge difference is that the cop doesn’t have his gun drawn yet, so if the cop were to reach for it, he’d likely get shot by the white guy. Trying to call everything privilege doesn’t help our cause. Please stop this nonsense
With Jacob Blake it was the opposite, in that the cop already had his gun drawn (likely for NO JUSTIFIABLE REASON), and he thought Jacob was going to his car for a weapon. In both instances the cop doesn’t want to get killed.
Lol P1 you’re not even trying to be intellectually honest here. What happened to Blake (and countless other blacks) is abhorrent and we should try to actually solve the root of the problem. But responding to it with total intellectual dishonesty is why we’re not making any progress and why so many are turning to our clown of president
Did this guy resist arrest repeatedly, not listen to officer commands repeatedly, and have multiple previous criminal convictions? Amazing what happens when people actively choose to ignore context.
I’m sorry EY1 what accusation did I shout at you?

Does deloitte just actively recruit fascist or something?
Again, this style of conversation, leaping to assumptions, is so so silly.
I am for the demilitarization of police. I think they have become something far greater than community members upholding the social contract.
However, i also believe that it’s an officers job to eliminate ongoing and active threats that we have defined as part of the social contract. If police were members of the community, they would be able to identify what constitutes what level of threat much better, agreed there.
You are doing what most radical, argumentative people do, using the loud, hypocrites who are opposite of your viewpoint as a launching pad to label anyone who disagrees with you as a part of this fringe.
What is the background here? It looks like he is in open communication with the officer and judging by his equipment and stance, knows his firearm.
Granted these are sweeping generalizations based on a single snapshot but that is the evidence you provided for your statement...

Any black guy putting his hand on his gun in front of a cop is not coming out in good shape

C2 - but not having a confrontation with a officer who is displaying body language suggesting not placing their hands on their weapons. HOW STRANGE.
Seems that the officer in the photograph is on level 2 (green):

C1 I also love how in the picture of him supposedly having that knife in his vest it’s clear that whatever IS actually in his vest has some sort of slot allowing it to be harnessed and showing a part of whatever it is IN FRONT of the strap.
Like it takes two seconds to study the pic on the left and the knife on the right to know they aren’t the same. Is this really the best the right can come up with? 😂😂😂🤡🤡🤡

No context.
For clarification, this post is showing the double standard of how an unarmed black person can be shot for "disobeying police", but a white person can brandish guns in front of cops and go unharmed.
