Buying vs. renting...?

For the client or for us, the real estate agents?

It all depends on the budget right?

In my opinion, everything depends on the age and tastes of the client, that is, if you have the money to buy, you can easily rent, but is it really the place where you want to live? The weather, the traffic, the streets. Everything influences.

It is always better to buy, after all, it is something that belongs to yourself, I always recommend that if you have the option to buy, you execute it, you not only acquire one by living but an investment.

Comparing, if you rent that money will never come back if you buy and keep a house there is always the option to sell it, which easily shows which is the most convenient.

I always encourage my clients to buy instead of renting, I do it for them because in any case, I generate profit, but being smart is always better to buy.

I prefer to rent, the real estate market is really difficult and I see many things with prices that are too high.

For me, personally, I enjoy renting and living in different places but I know that kind of life is not for everyone

Buy, of course, it gives you the best long-term prospects by allowing you to get a return on your investment

Can't go wrong with buying a house imo, as long as you pick it with the help of a qualified realtor ;)

There is no definitive answer as to whether it is better to buy or rent a property. Buying generally offers more stability and control over the property, while renting can be more flexible and lower-cost in the short term. Ultimately, the best option depends on the individual's needs and financial situation.

I also have dual citizenship for USA and uk. Anything would help I really want to move but not worth uprooting my family for those salary’s.
