By EOD I have massive dark circles under my eyes and my face is face super flush from taking adderall.

Anyone else like this? If so, any remedies?

Same, I asked this as well and no one really responded/said it’s not from adderall. I think it is tho/staring at a computer for long periods. Face masks have helped a little bit and doing hot yoga after work if there’s time

I think it’s more so the combination for me but definitely driven by adderall no matter how much sleep or hydrated I am. I drink a ton of liquids/electrolytes throughout the day

Could be related to sleep

I’m thinking in terms of sleep quality. So even though you may be sleeping enough time, could Adderall be disrupting the brain’s normal processes while you’re asleep, like REM, other sleep stages, etc?

Same

Yummy. Will give it a shot!

Additional positions are opening up as contracts are either broken or expire.

I have a good skincare regime. I used to suffer from severe acne few years ago but I had it under control until lately I noticed I have been breaking out bad especially near my chin and side of my face. I work out atleast 5 days a week but I shower (body) after workout and I also use BHA, retin A, vit C & moisturizer almost daily. I suspect it’s because I don’t wash my hair daily every time I workout. I don’t want to wash my hair daily but seems like I will have to do it. Any recommendations?

I’m considering a switch from clinic physical therapist to utilization/clinical reviewer which is remote. The offer is quite a steep pay cut and I’m trying to determine if that’s normal. As someone with ADHD, the impulsive side of me speaks up in meetings without fully processing the information. Then when corrected, I beat myself up for the rest of the day.

What has ended up happening over time is that I have started to come off as an introvert (because of the fear of being wrong) and also with low confidence. This is not a good trait in client facing roles where we are constantly making recommendations and clients look up to us.

Anyone else deal with this?

How do you all manage exercise and meds? I take vyvanse and have a peloton, but am kinda scared of the heart rate increase combination. I find the vyvanse takes about 2h to kick in and so I try to take it by 6am otherwise I’m dealing with the “hitting me” feeling when at work (which has resulted in some really embarrassing situations). In the evenings, I’m so hungry that a workout is harder to do plus you never know when the work day will end!
