I have over 10 years experience in design/marketing. The companies I worked for are small businesses (Less than 100 employees) so I’ve had to wear many hats (e-mail, print, social media management & ads, and very little google analytics and ads). At that point on making VP, on a good clip and pretty fast given supportive team and I do alright work.

Things are a little myopic due to COVID and all that good stuff plus few other things. Could happen this year.

A regional bank here is standing a commercial middle market desk here and is on hunt for VPs. They got some talent from various BB banks.
