Having worked for a few of them now, I can say with confidence that it's all about the numbers. The creative, awards, client satisfaction, employee welfare, etc. is all just window dressing and all are thrown out the door to save a few bucks in the short term.

Definitely have seen that across WPP. Regardless of how much they push culture down our throat, it’s a numbers business at the end of the day.
