Need some advice on home office equipment and furniture. I have a second bedroom which I plan to place my desk and my stationary bike as we are still remote. I do want to upgrade and get a peloton bike but I am also looking at upgrading to a sitting/ standing desk with an added desk bike. Would this be redundant? Just read that only 1% of federal student loan holders have been making payments during the payment pause. I have been doing so since the beginning, I see it as an opportunity to pay down principal before interest starts to accrue again eventually and even if there’s some partial forgiveness, my loans are way above the 50k mark that’s been thrown around so don’t see a downside. Since I’m part of such a small minority, wanted to see if anyone else is with me or what I may have been overlooking?
