I want to leave my firm because I feel stuck. I’ve been here for a while, and even tho I had a promotion recently, I just dislike my firm (office politics, management styles, bureaucracy). I’m scheduled for 2 lateral interviews, How would you go around telling interviewers this reason for leaving?
