Can anyone help me out with a KPMG referral?
Anyone from EYP…I’m applying to “Strategy & Transactions Working Capital Consultant/Senior”. I have the experience, six sigma, PMP etc stated in the description. How can I proactively position myself to earn the interview? I’m afraid I might get auto rejected because I have way more than 2 years experience, but I know industry experience is weighted different. Appreciate any help, insight, or anyone willing to chat. How do 10 million dollars look in your account?
Larsen & Toubro Guys , Please advice me on below scenario. Suppose we have offer of Company A of 10 LPA ,later we receive call from Company B then they will ask Do you have Offer in-hand? Now my question is , do we need to tell them that I have offer OR let all the round get complete ?
Thought behind asking this question is, in first call if we tell them that I have offer then they might not go with next rounds.

Your title won’t be a factor, as people would expect juniors to eventually transition to mid. But your book needs to be competitive with the other designers in your job market. Confidence is great, but people will first see your book and decide if it’s worth meeting you (where they’ll see your confidence, knowledge, etc).
No. “Mid-level” means experience. Student work isn’t experience. Keep it out.
Let’s say that highly regarded school was Miami Ad School (for conversation’s sake)...I’ve met good creatives from good schools, and also complete ass clowns. Which isn’t to disrespect you, but once you’re interviewing with people in their 30’s and 40’s, no one thinks of your college experience as “working under pressure.” These days, every junior is from one of the like...3 total portfolio schools. I’m getting too wordy here, but in summary - portfolio school is industry standard...so the great differentiator is a killer book.
Maybe you can sell yourself as a midlevel...I dunno what your competition is. But it’s not the easiest move, if I’m reading your portfolio/production experience correctly.
What differentiates a junior level book and a mid level book?
I would say real world work vs fake student work. But the student work is based on real senarios.
Real scenarios with no clients though? I’d want to know your work could hold up under client pressure. Confidence isn’t experience .
Went to a highly regarded portfolio school, so working under pressure has been the norm
