Back in 2017 I quit an absolutely awful company that treated me (and all other lower level employees) like trash. We were constantly being reprimanded about not doing our job well enough, but then would also get yelled at for overtime when we tried to do our job well.

I’ve been an LPN for 8 years, predominately in pediatrics, both in patient and home healthcare. I’ve worked in medical offices for 10+ years before that. I was looking to explore options outside of bedside nursing/direct patient care, do I have many options? Our clinic is removing the cost barrier of testing but staff are worried about risks since echo rooms don’t have HEPA or negative pressure systems and patients are allowed to remove their masks while running and breathing heavy during image acquisition.
