I have my first round interview at McKinsey for a BA position in approx a month! Do you have some tips on how I should structure my preparation as well as where I can find the best ressources?
I havent done any cases in 3 years + so I definitely need some work on that part, but I also dont want to neglect the PEI part where I think that my performance will be better than for the case. Lastly, I have to do the Imbellus test, is there any way I can prep for that too?

About to receive an offer from a company similar to my current but w/a Senior title. The compensation is only slightly better but I like the product better and could use a fresh start. I was recruited for the role, as I was planning on waiting til after I moved to a new state to start a job search.

I think I can do better than the new company, but won't have time to start a legit job search for a couple months. Will it hurt me to jump ship, start a new job but then start applying elsewhere?

Hi all, ive been in my current role for over 1.5 years. I lead supply chain sustainability in renewable energy storage. Im paid 91k+10%bonus. I was the only person for sustainability for the longest time and set the foundation for all ESG activities.

Now bc theyre public they hired a corporate esg director and transferred me supply chains to corporate governance to report to him. I remain at the same level $ currently, but I’m rallying for a manager position. How much $ should I negotiate for?

Interested in making the move from data analytics to data science eventually at bigger tech co. Currently at a startup, coming up on 1 year mark this week. Got an offer from a ML startup for another data analytics role with clear progression to ML engineer. Comp is the essentially the same (95k). My fear is jumping around too much too frequently. Should I stay at my current role, bide my time, and keep trying to jump to a bigger tech data role or make the switch to another startup now?

Any IPs in here? I have a quick question how do you get other employees to assist with remanding their co workers when they see them do something wrong? I work in a 4 floor rehab/LTC facility and I can not be everywhere. I am the only IP in the building. I do the best I can but when I speak to some people they are just blaming other people like “oh I saw so and so do this you didn’t talk to them”. I can’t educate or remand what I don’t see. We should all work together in keeping everyone safe.

Dual role position for a sub-specialist. It’s a very busy role that includes surgery scheduling , prior auths for surgeries and tests, referrals, returning patient calls regarding their surgeries, and to add to it, reviewing the schedules for out 2 Mds, 2 PA’s, & NP. They want everything done quickly but with also close attention to details but with absolutely no overtime.
