Looking for some advice on landing a mid-level REMOTE role. I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

Just wanted to write and say MANNN IS IT HARD to get a new job!
I've had a few interviews and made it to the final round for 2 roles but have not been selected either time. Since companies don't give feedback anymore it's hard to know if I did not perform as well as I thought during an interview or if the other candidates were just better fits.

I hate my project manager. They constantly get credit for my work, don’t pay attention in meetings and leave early.
Today they literally asked me what the roadblock was 30 min after we got off a call that they were on their phone the whole time during. Then they were asking when everyone’s flights were because they wanted to leave early but didn’t want to be the first to leave since they’re staying the weekend and they then just up and left at 2pm.
