Not really
Hey , Go for it withought giving any second thought. Nothing happens.
When I was working in one product company , they pulled most of people supporting their project from service company side.
Yes they can, they have a contract with client that they cannot hire their employee for 6 months.
But it is possible but clients do it for mostly management level employees, for them they risk their contract but not for any employee.
But if you are really valuable then client will put effort else no one gives a damm.
That is called no poaching clause
Yes, but the client can deal with that in most cases. As it's an existing client, service companies may not be too hard on approvals, etc.
It is a contract between client and your employer too and that will hold in court.
Your employer will never pull you in court since your networth is too low to waste money for an employer.
They cant unless there's a no-poaching agreement. Deloitte had a 1 year no poaching contract with HSBC, post which it was allowed.
