Can anybody please give insight on when it’s time to move on from a recruiter? Yes I know it depends, but looking to see how experiences stack up.

I’m about to ghost one who has sent me on two terrible interviews at firms that were to opposite of what I was looking for. The nail in the coffin was when he told me he’d need to proof my thank you notes to ensure they were “enthusiastic enough”

I get so annoyed when partners keep assigning me non-billable work to do and then I get scolded because of my billable hours… I’m still doing my job when I’m doing “non-billable” work I shouldn’t be penalized at the end of the year for being a junior associate who can’t say no to people.

A stub year here. Partners and counsels in my group are super respectful. When they revise my work real-time, they'd often ask me "what do you think?" After they make the change, that is.
