We are hiring! Consulting exit opportunity into fintech company, 1-2 YOE, excellent growth opportunities, culture and benefits. DM for details.
I recently spoke with a recruiter about a position I had previously interviewed and when I asked about Salary she let me know it was against their company policy to share a salary range and I had to tell them what my range was.. is this a thing I missed or was she lying?
Hi team I recently got approached by a HR from Mars for a role based out of Germany. However, it seemed that she wasn't aware that I am an international candidate applying for the role even though my location was specified clearly in the application process. Does anyone know if Mars recruits non eu candidates ? The role really fits my skillsets and it would be a pity if they do not go ahead with the process just because I am a non-eu candidate.
Looking at a sales manager role with Salesforce is there any scope for a sign on bonus and or equity?
I am currently at a Saas company and earning about 2-3 my ote as I have been crushing it. I am expecting another at least 2 quarters of crushing it as well. The hiring market is crazy and I am getting asked to interview for similar role with 2x ote on paper compared to my current one. I am currently comfortable in my role and built a name for myself but I am not sure if I like the culture here and if I have a couple of bad quarters my earning potential drops significantly. What would you do?
Anyone exit to Instacart? Looking at a role there but don’t know much about culture, pay, or WLB.

I got a verbal offer from a company almost 3 months ago now. But due to it being close to the holidays, and having to schedule meetings with hiring managers (to join a team) around their PTO and the holidays, the timeline’s been looking kinda wonky. I got to talk to a manager a bit before Christmas time. I’ve emailed the recruiter who’s supposed to be letting me know of next steps a few times now since the new year, but it feels like she’s ghosting me. What should I do? I’m getting super anxious
Went through 4 rounds at a MM shop for an Ops Director role. Didn't get it. Pushed my resume to the usual suspects in recruiting. Haven't heard anything. Anyone have Ops roles kicking around? GTM S&O background.
Is any company hiring? My cousin graduated in 2020 in business and is unemployed still. He has no internship experience and that is why he can’t find a role.
Can someone me more insight into a “Product Strategy Manager” role? I have a interview in a couple days and would to gain more insight
I received a job offer today for an entry level position. I lack experience in this field and didn't tick off all the boxes in the job description. I completed 2 conversational interviews + 1 additional interview with a skills test. They were very impressed with my skills test and all the interviewers seemed to like me a lot. I think the offer they gave was fair with market price & it pays more than my current job + benefits. I've been told to always negotiate but should I in this case?
Hello everyone, I am currently a HR Generalist for a small aerospace company, located in CA. I have been in a generalist role for a little over 4 years now and before that, I did recruiting/safety for about 3 years. I am now looking into getting my HR Certification, but am stuck in between the PHR-CA or the SHRM-CP. Does anyone have any recommendations they can give me?

Does anyone from Alvarez and Marsal have any TC info for first year analysts as well as analyst salary progression? Curious about what base and bonus have looked like in the past, specifically for the healthcare group (HIG). Also interested in seeing what comp for other A&M groups look like for analysts.
Is it just me? I feel like I will never RE at this point. I bootstrapped my way through college and MBA with the help of Uncle Sam but didn’t actually start saving any $ til my early 30s. At 38 yo in a MCOL area and now making $200k a year (single mom), the $40k a year I am putting away doesn’t seem to be enough to RE. Currently at about $300k investment, one rental property. I feel like exiting the rat race entirely and building a small cabin on a cheap peace of land is the only way some days!

What is the best way to confess to her ? I know her 6 years, we didn’t spoke for four years and know we talk everyday as she is my colleague.. different department tho. She even bought me souvenir when she returned from holiday. Highly likely I can get her out for diner, but I think she thinks as friends … what is a good approach?
For those of you who attended a FT MBA program, what did you do when you were not in the classroom? Besides traveling, partying, studying/homework, interviewing, etc. Were you often attending events to network, getting lunch with faculty, enjoying a hobby, something else? Thanks! *Repost*

I’m a data engineer/engineering manager by trade and massively screwed up by going into MBB consulting, I absolutely despise it and am looking to leave about 8 months in. I have a great offer from a fortune 50 for product management in tech at a similar salary, way more RSU’s but can’t shake off the thought that I wouldn’t be an engineer anymore. Any advice from you guys to help get past my anxiety and just pull the trigger?
Anyone here have a recruiter reach out about a job where you don’t meet YOE requirement but end up getting the job? I have ~2.5 YOE and have initial discussion for a role that states minimum 5 YOE. Also understood I need to get offer first. Just looking to hear others experiences.
