How's the leave policy in Pwc AC Bangalore? I joined here recently and I'm not sure on what basis the leaves are added. In my previous organisation for every month it automatically adds 15 hours (1.5 days) of leave every month and the maximum leaves eligible was 30 days. And I got 7 days sick leave on top of that from every September. So could someone let me know how it works in @pwc ac Bangalore?

The firm is organized in a four dimensional matrix structure. There are leadership accountabilities and hierarchies that span: 1) business/portfolio/offerings, 2) geographic region, 3) clients (which are stratified by size), and 4) industries (e.g., GPS, FSI, Consumer).
Business, portfolio and offering leaders have P&L accountabilities, which means it’s the primary organizational construct. However, those in client leadership roles (i.e., LCSPs and LBPs) also have annual net revenue targets that they’re accountable to deliver. Since clients map to industries and to geographies (generally speaking) client leaders have a dotted reporting line to those dimensions.
You won’t find an organization structure beyond the top layer of leadership as it would be too complex to draw. Clear as mud?
First time I’ve seen Byzantine used in a sentence in that fashion 👍
Probably one of the most complex of any company I’ve worked at. I’m sure there is a high level view online though …
They boast of flat hierarchy but my manger says she hates the flat hierarchy 😬 really confused leadership . So typical !
Those inside still figuring out how to navigate it
I’ve been here 8 years and I’m STILL confused by it
