Most information online are tech-specific, e.g., entry levels start at L3. Is it different for non-tech? E.g., fresh grads join at L1, 0-2y experience join at l2, etc.

I don’t trust that the guy I’m dating is over his first love. Have an associate 2 years junior to me with whom I work frequently.. they seem to make an intentional point of not responding to my emails (but promptly responds to client, partner, etc), but 75 percent of time will eventually do what I ask.
