Can anyone be a Data Analyst ?

I mean is it worth trying to become one, specially if you have no knowledge whatsoever of what Data Analyst is and no mathematical background plus having decade of experience in other field.

What do people recommend for start-up relevant marketing resources/books/personalities/podcasts?
I have a lot of enterprise marketing experience, but making a jump to a startup and want to get up to speed as quickly as possible.

I am a current PE associate who was placed by CPI in 2021. I want to lateral to another PE firm but soooo many PE firms use CPI as their headhunter. CPI is contractually prohibited from sending me lateral opportunities because my firm is a CPI client (and CPI would lose their commission if I left before my 1 year was up). How do I apply for associate roles at CPI clients (which most PE firms are) given this?

- lose fat on belly, chest, & face

Plan is to
- Eat clean (more often than in the past).
- Exercise 10/15 mins after wake up
- Keep metabolism up during the day
