Hi Fishes. I interviewed for Atos-syntel. The HR said she'll tag me in project as soon as Offer is released (even though I still have a month's notice period left in current company) and said "give me assurance that you'll join the company if I release the offer otherwise I'll blacklist you from Atos and partner clients"
Is it okay to ditch her if I eventually get an offer from a better product based company with better CTC? Also, Can she blacklist me for not joining Atos after accepting offer?
