Why do you want to work for my company?
What are your thoughts on this?
Have an offer from FAANG company with TC around $200k. Non-tech Program Manager Low/Medium COL (Not Cali, NY, SEA). Awaiting offers for the other two for the same type role. What is considered a strong offer in terms of total comp for non-tech Program Management IC5/L5 for Facebook (Meta) , AWS, and Google Low/Medium COL? Would also help if u can provide expected base/bonus/rsu/sign on breakdown Current TC: 190K 6YOE Google Facebook (Meta)

I applied for some senior positions at AbbVie online 2 weeks ago. The status appears as “resume received” for some positions, status of one position appears as “under review” while another position shows “in progress”. Any idea how long their hiring team takes to get back following the application?
Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks

Yes! I had a super day and interviewed with 4 senior members. 1 EM, 2 partners, and 1 OMP. This is after the solve game and resume screen. Interviews lasted 6 hours in total cuz the interviewers and I had awesome conversations and I really liked the experience. Expect each one to take about 1 hr though, 15 min get to know you and get to know them, 20 min PEI, 20 min case, and about 10 min for any questions at the end. Any more specific questions? This format is relatively universal across McK.

Thank you! I read somewhere that the solve game is only administered to undergraduate students. So, that’s good to know. Did they ask you questions specific to your field of study? Otherwise, is there anything you wish you had done differently to prepare? Congrats on a great interview!
