Last week I gave interview in Mindtree and got a call from HR on Friday saying that I have cleared my managerial round and that she'll be calling me for further discussion. She then setup a interview and told me that she's taking my photo for further process.
She told me that I should be receiving another call but haven't heard back from them.Also not able to get in touch with her.
What can I do in such situations.

After 6 weeks off work, I went back,today, to a company I used to work with years ago, today. Good job with Work/life balance.Make a consistent 100k+. I took the job because the industry I was coming from is very seasonal and hiring won't be in demand until spring next year. Later this afternoon, one of the companies I interviewed with called me back for 3rd interview. This job is riskier but 150k plus, which what I was used too. I ll probably get the job. Had HR discussion yesterday for BA role and for the associate level they mentioned the band they currently have upto 11.7lpa and my current salary is 10.8 with 2.5 yoe.. Although the hr mentioned he would check with the project team and offer a better compensation. Do they really change the ctc post discussion or is it based on the defined band itself? It is good profile but yes the hike is too low.

1- refund ALL of it even taxes Withheld ?
2- refund only the amount that was deposited in your account

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB.
