Can anyone explain epam anywhere's Bench policy of 50k in detail or with couple of example if you are sure ? Now a days expenses are more than 50k.

Has anyone also struggled to get on a project as a new hire? Doing all I can (I think) networking, volunteering, speaking to staffing manager etc but can't seem to get off the bench.
