I went on leave for mental health, I came back and my PG leader 1) didn’t give me my cases back, 2) stopped giving me lucrative cases, and 3) refused to engage me with my concerns. I went to HR and Admin Officer (not management) and I was then told after two meetings that it wasn’t a good fit for me. So I’m being pushed out. What would you do?

Associate at a regional big law firm in area where market has been impacted significantly by the recent salary bumps other firms have given to their associates in smaller offices. Our firm announced last week they would be providing market bumps for all associates but that only those associates who were “on pace” to bill their hours for the year by June 30 would qualify for the bump.
