If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

Depends on the group, but generally you advise
I sit in a office chair with 2 24" monitors, stare at spreadsheets, and generally try to tell clients a mix of what they want to hear, what i understand about regulatory environment and laws that run counter to what they want to hear, and whatever Buzzwords my partner remembered from the last go to market call that seemed important so we can say we are involved and implementing national initiatives.
Way too vague of a question OP. Advisory is an umbrella term for so many different professions.

Again that’s too broad, each advisory group does their own thing.
Advisory can be anything like risk advisory, FDD, AAS, management consulting, etc. You don't just go tax to "advisory" you have to specify a service line. That said going from tax to any advisory line is very difficult as the skillsets don't really align.
What do you guys do at EYP and how do I get there
Advisory = consulting. It’s client-facing work. Big 4 has so many unique groups under each service umbrella - that is why everyone is telling you this is too vague.
