What are the key components of your performance review process? The data points we currently use are manager and self scoring of a scorecard for each employee (scorecard outlines mission for the position, outcomes, and competencies) as well as peer feedback based on the competencies of the position (thought being a manager only has so much insight to a person’s day to day, especially in a matrix org).
