I’m was trying to help some of our secondary RSP teachers determine what they can do with their student’s during LAB/ Study Skills Class.
Some of my ideas included:
Work on incomplete classwork or homework, work on goals, study for test and quizzes, work on projects, goal setting for the next semester, organize google classroom assignments or practice for the state exams. If they are other ideas I would love to hear them! Thanks everyone

NDAs for Nannies? I was wondering how everyone who is doing some work from home during covid handles in-house caregivers? Obviously we all take all steps to protect confidential information and realistically a caregiver isn't going to be exposed to anything we do, but does anyone require an NDA just to be on the safe side? (I dont have an in home caregiver yet, but just thinking about it.)

I've always worked as an inhouse designer with a salary and now Im doing webpage design for clients. What would you say is an average rate for webpage design?

I got turned down for three mid level design positions. I don’t know if it’s because my last position was as an art director and they’re just confused or if I seem not as enthusiastic about the role as I should be but it’s definitely disheartening because I’m unemployed and I need to get back to work. I have since decided to focus more on senior designer and Art Director roles at a higher rate and will go from there.

INSIGHT NEEDED

I am looking into what website platform would be the best for an e-commerce sales in the food supplier industry.

I’ve used Squarespace/Go Daddy to design websites for restaurants in the past, but don’t have much experience in e-commerce. Can anyone offer insights?

In an internal where the other designer’s option in objectively not as good as mine. I swear it’s not my ego talking. But the CD seems to give more praise to her. Why does that happen? Is it over compensation? Anyone have the same experience? Would love a CD’s POV.

I work in a start-up - and the founder keeps wanting to see design progress day by day and I feel like am rushed and not given time develop design concepts to their potential. And because of that, I am forced to show them where am at, and then they start nitpicking every little thing in the screens designed even though I myself haven't fully finalised them
