Just PL? Or cyber as well?

Ideally cyber as that’s the product I started with but alas beggars can’t be choosers

Are there any certifications he should get that would help him make the move / any advice on what role he could step in to using his experience as a PM? He is worried he will take a pay cut since his experience so far in his career is construction centric. Appreciate any feedback!
