Can anyone help me on how to get interview calls from companies abroad. I would have applied to more than 1000 jobs in UK and Ireland through job boards such as LinkedIn , Irishjobs.ie and others but never received even a single interview invite . Am i doing something wrong ? 😔

Anyway to standout to firms when headhunters send resume to firms? I’m in contact with all of the leading headhunters (e.g., CPI, ratio, amity, hsp, DSP) that handle most of the top consultant friendly firms, and they email about ops and send my resume, but I just get a limited amount of interviews. While i was waiting for a call from HR for salary negotiation, The offer letter has been released for 15 lakh CTC without a discussion on salary. Please advice if there a stipulated timeline to accept the offer letter within ? Do they call for negotiation if I don't accept the offer ?

Last year I got an offer from tcs which I had accepted initially but did not join ultimately. I had notified the same to the recruiter over call and mail. Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. I had gone through the iqvia interview for web development analyst. After 2 rounds of interviews, I was asked to submit documents related to education and previous employment. HR said that they will call in a couple of days for HR discussion after the documents are submitted. It has been more than a week now. Is it usual for them to take this long?

Is 5 YOE considered entry level or associate? When I apply to associate level jobs I get nothing but rejections. And all the entry level jobs call for new grads or people with under 3 YOE.

CRAZY STUFF GOING ON!!! An angry customer SPAT on one of my coworkers today when he told her to put a mask on for everyone's safety.
