I’m a Product Manager and willing to pursue side hustle.

Here's a situation. I have been selected to join as a manager at a big four entity. While the HR seems to be fine with the hike and the overall package, the senior/management in the team/project seems to be unhappy with the same. Not sure if the offer might go ahead with a lower package or might not go through at all.

The general understanding is that the HR takes a call on packages. Is it different at the big four?

AVOID AGODA AT ALL COSTS. First they only had interview times 7pm to 3am, none during working hours. Then come interview time, I wait 3+ minutes in no one shows up and then I get an automatic email saying the interview has been canceled. I also then get an auto email saying they moved on but the recruiter emails a few minutes later saying they are trying to reschedule. A waste of my time and money preparing, putting on makeup, outfit and contacts, and skipping dinner.

There's regular feedback and round tables to see how to improve things (Retros ~ Union meetings).
