Hi there, I’m applying for an assistant nurse manager position for a telemetry unit at Kaiser here in Los Angeles. The hospital is decently-sized, 260-bed capacity. They’re offering 165k plus bonuses, 3:00PM to 11:30PM and on-call every 5th week. I have 6 YO related experience, been RN for 14 years. The hospital is 12 miles away from home. I gave an interview on Thursday, got information from hiring consultant on Friday that I have cleared that and the LTI HR will schedule next interview on Monday.

Since then I haven't got any further call till now (Monday Evening).
Seems the consultant too has no clue.

Kya karun mein TCS ka? Notice period mein hun HR ko mail dal raha hun apna status jan ne reply nei de rai. Ek resignation acceptance mail manga wo bhi nei mila abhi tak. Oct 21 lwd he apna counting ke hisab se. Itna faltu company jindegi mein nei dekha mein. De deta he time pe reliving letter ya usme bhi nautanki karta he ? Koi TCS kan HR ya experienced employee he jo process bata sake kab resignation acceptance mail ata he kab baki letters ate hein?

Few days back i got my resignation acceptance email from tcs HR. I did not get any calls that they want to retain me with offering some extra pay. Hr just asked my offering details i told them I am going for better pay
At last working day they wont surprise me right we want to offer you some extra pay and think about it. We will extend your last working day for 1 or 2days to take your decision.
Please share your thoughts,if any one has faced this issue.
