Does IUI treatments use the same funds allotted for other fertility treatments like IVF? We’ve had 3 unsuccessful IUIs and wondering if we should do another or just wait to go to IVF in February. We don’t necessarily want to spend more money on IUI since it’s been unsuccessful thus far especially if that money dips into our fertility fund with the insurance.

I am hoping to secure a position as a mental health director or behavioral health director for a virtual medical platform/organization (not a private practice). I am a psychologist. Does anyone have ideas about what would be an appropriate salary range for a position like this? I have a pretty solid background for this type of position (would be 1-2 steps up depending on structure) and have been in the field 15+ years. I am looking for a starting off point for salary range suggestions. Thanks

Made plans for my close non-lawyer friend to visit. Found out she is unvaccinated (hasn’t gotten around to it - she says). The handful I hangout with are vaccinated. Majority of my office is vaccinated - or required to wear mask entire day. Struggling to find the words to cancel plans until she’s vaccinated. She is sensitive. Any advice?

I just went through a rough time dealing with depression, PTSD, and anxiety. I didn’t seek help earlier because I didn’t want to appear weak or less capable than my male counterparts. I tried to ignore the elephant in the room and it almost cost me too much. I am glad that someone convinced me to seek professional help. That was the best decision. Why is onsite so important for us IT people even though we can live a more comfortable life here in India and save equally here too? Not judging anyone since I am also one of those people who feels like a failure because I couldn't make it to onsite in last 7 years while many of my peers have.

Might be off topic, but guys please, take care of your health. I've been rejected by all companies in the last 2 months. I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email. I felt dizziness while working and fell down today. I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health. It's important to push yourself to achieve your goals, but don't forget to "Live" in the process.

Why do people think $100k is a high salary in 2021? Intellectually we understand that inflation continually reduces the purchasing power of each dollar, but emotionally we seem stuck to this specific dollar figure being the line for struggling banking comfortable.

If you would be interested in dipping your tow into code just to learn. Can you share what you would enjoy in terms of weekly time commitment and format?
