Can anyone here give me some hints on what to focus on for a panel interview at Salesforce for Solution Architect role? And do you answer their questions or park them for end of presentation?

I’ve worked in clinical research in the academic/non profit world for the past five years. I want to transition to a role in pharma or a CRO, but haven’t been successful yet because I don’t have industry experience. Does anyone know of any CROs/pharma companies that are willing to hire someone with research expertise from an academic medical center rather than already in industry? Thanks!

I have given interview to TCS on 28th September, after 2 days got a mail saying that to upload documents I have done that. Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. Then she asked me there is a need in direct project are you okay with technical round and I said yes. Then she said thanks and disconnected.

I am Fully confused about this process can some one clear me from this please.

I have had the WORST experiences working with agency recruiters here in NYC lately (I’m shocked that getting worse was even humanly possible) - Is it just me or is anyone else dealing with this?
