Can you provide advice to succeed/survive on the corporate client side? Moved away from agencies to corporate and it is SOUL SUCKING. Between the lack of flexibility (both personally and day to day), sterile environment, and millions of meetings a day I am going insane. The pay and benefits are dramatically better in this corporate role, but I won’t lie I am missing the freedom of agencies so much right now.
I have 8 yoe as a BA. It's been 2 months since I joined a Big4 as a Scrum master. I was asked to shadow the project manager but the person is just not helpful. I am not looped/forwarded any emails, no client introduction has been done, no tasks, no one contacts me all day long except for the one call in a day where I am the silent spectator. Have a true IIED case (negligent handling of corpse). Defendants defaulted and I am now considering the best course forward to get my client the best recovery. The easy route would be Default Judgment, but my concern is a judge may not be willing to make the type of award we are seeking. Alternatively could set the matter for trial only on damages since all allegations are admitted. Thoughts on best way to convince a judge to make a 7+ figure award in a Default Judgment?

Specifically, one of my recruiters saw my experience more as a jack of all trades and a master of none, and said the lack of deep experience would limit me. I'm not a mom yet (don't kick me out of the group!) but have been going through fertility and IVF treatments for more than 6 months. I'm constantly having bloodwork, appointments and calls with the doc during working hours. Any advice on what I can and should tell my team about my health? I recently accepted an offer at ey as an intern and was curious about their tattoo/earring policy. I know a lot of company’s still have their old fashioned ways but some are starting to be accepting. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask.
