1. Don't apply with only 1 resume. Tailor your resume based on the industry (e.g. e-commerce, fintech, etc.) & Companies (e.g. Amazon, Google, etc.)

2. Read the job descriptions & responsibilities. Check the repeating words & phrases...then use those when you're tailoring your resume. Why? Lots of companies (esp. biiig onez) use ATS and it filters ones that match their JD. Resume is a tool to knock the company's door. So knock them well and with strategies!

I made SC at a Big 4 in 2 years after undergrad. I'm in APAC and work in Program Delivery + Business Analysis of Tech implementation projects. I don’t want to be in this field as I don’t find it fulfilling nor is it prestigious enough for me to stick it out. What exit opportunities can I consider? So far I’ve narrowed down doing strategy at MBBs or investing as a VC. Or should I just stick it out till Partner? In the long run I’d like to be a great CEO and if not, maybe okay/good investor.
