Can anyone kindly recommend a good tax accountant / consultant / attorney? Ideally someone who works with foreigners of resident aliens on gift and estate taxes?

I have so many things that I want in a house. Open layout, high ceiling, nice view from the backyard, prestigious neighborhood… one thing that I surprised myself with is that I want a house in a prestigious neighborhood, even though what I can afford is the entry-point price in this neighborhood. Am I being irrational?

For those who save a lot of money or have received a large inheritance. Such as someone who doesn't owe a mortgage or have any major expenses, or owe any debt...

What are you planning on doing with the money? I have 200k indexed along with money in my retirement and I spend on average about $500-700 a month total. I am saving about 3k a month between retirement and brokerage.

Hi! I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations. I think my partner is making my eating disorder worse. It seems like he is very conscious of weight or at least looks, and I feel like he often tries to deter me from eating (like if I mention a late lunch he'll reply that we're having dinner soon so to hold off). I'm not sure if he is even aware of it, but he knows about my issues so it makes me wonder. My ED also runs rampant so it could be all in my head. Does anyone have experience dealing with this? But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain.
