I currently have an MBA and 2 years of experience as a consultant for a large healthcare organization in a major city. Prior to this, I worked as an analyst and also gathered some clinical experience as well. I currently have AMAZING work life balance, but feel terribly underpaid. I will be joining as a lead analyst-Analytical services and my current organization is willing to match the offer (after lot of discussions) what should I do is retaining after resigning a good option or should I go for RMS?
