I interviewed with Siemens Energy for SAP ABAP position on 21st Jan. The interview went on for about an hour and in the end, the interviewer asked my expected ctc and wanted assurance if I won't negotiate on Siemens offer with some other company as i am currently serving notice period and join Siemens if provided an offer.
Till now , the HR team has not reached out to me for salary discussions and my LWD is 7th Feb. Can i expect a call or i got rejected ?Siemens

Recently I joined nagarro and one project has blocked/reserved me with them. Now they will schedule interviews for different teams but still they’re asking to fill timesheet with bench code. Is it right or I should ask them to provide project code so that i can fill timesheet with it ?
Design challenges: I'm in the process of trying to change jobs, and recently cam across two companies that do "design challenges' during their interview process.
First time I encountered one and I thought it was a bit weird. They requested me to redesign a feature of their current product. I politely declined and after reading a few articles, it seems that it is a common practise in the market.
I was hired in Accenture India for certain tech role and team (during interview rounds). Now that my onboarding is done, I see different tech in my profile. Can they change the tech (or team) after onboarding?
If so, Please suggest what can be done to get the required tech again!?

I interviewed two weeks ago with the PE team at a Canadian pension fund. The fund is looking to add several associates to the team. I have found out through my sources that the team is still interviewing and has not made offers. Is there anything I can do in the meantime to improve my chances?

Are external recruiters (that work on behalf of the candidate) a thing for marketing / brand-side roles? Getting frustrated with going all the way through the interview process several times recently just to not get selected and given zero feedback or reasoning. Wondering if having someone as a champion and advisor through the process would help or hurt (because I know many places refuse to pay recruiter’s fee).

Hey CDs, do you find it stressful to have creative teams that just don’t bring it. I have a couple that consistently table interesting and well crafted ideas and a couple that don’t and I feel I need to take up the slack. Management don’t want to let them go because of the current tightening of the labor market. I feel like these teams have me over a barrel and there’s very little I can do about it.

I am workday integration consultants, primarily worked on hcm side. I have workday core hcm certification. I moved client side and I might need to work on few financial integrations. I was planning to enroll into a workday financial course that will give an overview ,similar to core hcm. Anyone aware of such a course?

Thoughts on Workday Advisory Partners vs Workday Service Partners? I’ve had three reach out over the course of the year: Grant Thornton, Helios, and Slalom. Are there major pros and cons to consider? I am aware Advisory Partners focus more on strategy and planning and do not have implementer access/rights. Any insight would be appreciated.

Is the Workday Payroll Certification really worth it?
Especially considering you can make a similar amount of money doing the other core HCM modules without having to learn about the Practitioner side of things in Payroll.
Also, if you want to exit to an internal role, 9/10 job openings that I see do not even list payroll as a requirement but you'll always see the core modules+ Absence & TT.

Gonna do Workday Financial Services Core certification. This is my first Workday training, my background is in finance. Any insights into what to expect? Career opportunities once certified? Etc?
If I’m leaving for another firm is there anything I need to worry about as far as maintaining my certifications? I don’t believe the new firm has a workday practice, or not yet.
What is your plan for after Workday?
I’m sure most people dont want to do 10 years of Workday implementations. Do you plan to stay in HR technology? What steps are you taking for life after Workday?
