Can anyone please answer to this question ?

I showed up to a video interview on Teams this morning, and didn’t realize until 5 min after I thought the meeting would start that the interview is actually tomorrow.

I ended the call immediately but knowing Teams, it’ll notify the attendees that I started and ended a meeting. I’m so embarrassed about my mistake.

How to address this tomorrow?

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

In HR call asked for 20 LPA, should have gone

for bigger number than this or this ctc is ok.

Getting mixed review about Accenture, i definitely need work life balance but also few ppl say its not too tuff in Accenture but few say the work is hectic. But to be honest I really admire Accenture with respect to the culture and consistent growth but don't want to get into hectic situation due to some family issues I've to take care at home.
