EY employee having work experience of 2 years and recently got into PIP, and now wants to put down the paper on a good note, to pursue further studies. Will there be any adverse effects if he puts down the paper.
Will they blacklist him or terminate him. Feeling scary.
Also, In pip , if someone puts papers, does he serve notice period of 2 months or they just release him immediately.

How many are there like that in a level and does an associate starts from the lower decimal and move to higher or vice versa? Also if someone is promoted, the decimal changes or the entire levels change?
