I recently got offered a consultant role in KGS with 15.5 lpa. I have total experience of 5.4 years.

Is it a good offer ?

I was offered variable salary of 10% of the CTC but in is not mentioned in the offer letter.
Is this variable is paid as bonus in KGS?
Or is there any other bonus external to it
Is the bonus is more or less than 10 % or is it fixed?
